MFSD is a health and consulting company focused on maternal and newborn health. It was founded in Istanbul and works with a team of perinatologists and software engineers.
Why we exist
In labour wards, critical decisions are often made during busy shifts, from paper forms and scattered records. Warning signs defined in the guidelines can be missed under these conditions.
We founded MFSD to turn clinical expertise in perinatology into processes, training and software that hospitals can use every day. Our aim is not to decide for clinical teams, but to put the right information in front of them at the right moment.
How we work
Guideline-based
Every threshold, score and recommendation is based on published international guidelines, and its source is shown.
The physician decides
Our products provide decision support; they do not diagnose. Clinical responsibility always rests with the healthcare professional.
Validation first
No clinical feature is released before it has been validated against expert decisions.
Data stays with the hospital
Patient data belongs to the hospital. We comply with Turkish data protection law and, where possible, keep data on the hospital's own servers.
